As a company on the rise, it is essential to chart a clear and lasting path for the future. Our Vision Forward serves as our guiding star– a shared direction uniting our efforts, both in the Philippines and in Germany, and now further strengthened by our partnership with OneQrew. Together, we move with purpose, aligned in values, and inspired by the possibilities ahead.

Our story took a major turn in 2020, where we embraced transformation. We initiated key changes, including the strategic restructuring of our Development Team and the creation of the Agile Team.

Soon after, we introduced Career Ladders, providing clear growth paths for both our Development and Agile Teams. These empowered our people to grow, take ownership of their careers, and reach new heights. By nurturing our employees’ potential, we cultivate a culture of excellence and ensure their lasting success.

Of course, transformation doesn’t come without turbulence. The succeeding years brought its fair share of challenges that tested our resilience and adaptability. But with unwavering determination and the bayanihan spirit that comes naturally to us as Filipinos, we emerged stronger. We stayed focused on the road ahead and continued to evolve.

Through it all, we unleashed new exciting processes that revolutionized our company’s output. From harnessing innovative technologies to fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration, we sparked a surge of productivity and efficiency. These dynamic processes continue to fuel our progress, propelling us towards even greater accomplishments.

Fast forward to 2025, and our vision continues to grow. We’re scaling– no longer a small team, but a growing force! This momentum marks a new chapter in our journey. While we still operate locally as FFUF Manila, we now do business as OneQrew Digital Services a change that reflects our alignment with our parent company in Germany, which also transitioned from FFUF Germany to OneQrew Digital Services through a strategic partnership with OneQrew.

This alignment is more than a name change. It’s a shared commitment to continuous growth, innovation, and excellence across borders—and a key driver of our vision forward.
