Then, recognizing the value of fostering professional growth, we introduced comprehensive career ladders for both our Development and Agile Teams. These ladders provide a clear framework of advancement, empowering our talented individuals to ascend to new heights of expertise and accomplishment. By nurturing our employees’ potential, we cultivate a culture of excellence and ensure their lasting success.

But of course, change, they say, is the only constant, and in the succeeding years brought its fair share of turbulent seas.
