We knew for certain that in order to scale, we need to break away from specialization and introduce cross-functionality. That’s why we came up with creating the Agile Team composed of our business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and scrum masters. The Agile Team’s formation marked a pivotal turning point in our company’s growth journey. By consolidating diverse roles and talents within a single unit, we streamlined our processes and enhanced overall efficiency. Siloed mindsets gave way to a shared vision and collective responsibility, as team members collaborated seamlessly across functions. This newfound synergy propelled us towards optimized productivity and accelerated progress.
