Getting started

In 2014, Alexander Feil, the self-proclaimed first ‘F’ in FFUF Manila, hit the ground running and set up the Filipino branch in just five days with nothing more than a backpack. Stationed at Robinson Summit Center, we brought on two seasoned Senior PHP Developers and took our initial steps towards ramping up our development team.

Relocation

After a solid two years of getting the hang of things and building a cultural bridge between Germany and the Philippines, we leveled up to a larger office. Now, we’ve got a diverse team on board, including employees from human resources and administration.

Expansion

Our crew got bigger – we’re now more than 20 people. We’ve broadened our team adding Quality Assurance and Mobile Development. Plus, we’re laying down some structure, with key leadership roles being filled right here in the Philippines.

Scaling

We have now achieved comprehensive coverage in software development, encompassing quality assurance, business analysis, development, and scrum methodologies. Additionally, we have instituted roles for Software Architects with a focus on cloud technologies. There has been a fruitful exchange between our German and Philippine teams in terms of personnel and training. Notably, we have reached a significant milestone with our workforce exceeding 50 dedicated employees.

Becoming OneQrew

To further support our growth and scaling, we have merged with the foremost provider of ERP systems for craftsmen in Europe. This collaboration also entails our strategic support in the development of cutting-edge cloud software that empowers users across industries.
